ReplyDeleteThis book looks very interesting and informative.
ReplyDeleteEnter me to win. I've just heard about this book and am intrigued. I've always been intimidated by baking bread from scratch, but they say this book really makes it easy. My email is amy [at] streaminggourmet [dot] com. Best!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win this book - the bread where I live is TERRIBLE and my baking skills limited (I don't like to measure things). It would be great (and fun) to be able to make our own bread but perhaps more fun would be learning how to make pretzels and chocolate beignets.
ReplyDeleteps Where do I leave my email address?
I twittered about it! http://twitter.com/StreaminGourmet/status/1245891553

ReplyDeleteI would love this book so I can read it at home, instead of bit by bit in the bookstore like I have been doing. This is a wonderful book!!
ReplyDeleteAs a self-acclaimed bread snob I would use this book to show others that they can make their own awesome bread in the amount of time it takes one to pick out a mediocre loaf from the bread department, and oh so much better!

ReplyDeletehttp://wenchzillawhines.blogspot.com/2009/02/artisan-bread-in-5-minutes-day.html
Our bread machine died last December after 8 years of weekly (and often bi-weekly) use. I am so accustomed to home-made bread that the store bought stuff now tastes like styrofoam - not worth eating! I have tried bread making using my stand mixer, I love the results, but it just seems to take so much more of my time to make bread. So of course 5 minutes a day sounds amazing!
ReplyDeleteI am NOT a good baker, so I'd love to get this book in hopes that it would help me.
ReplyDeleteI blogged!
