These brownies are so simple that there's still time to whip up a batch of them today. There's even a good chance you already have everything you need to make them. Nutella, eggs, flour and chocolate chips is all you'll need for this delicious, dense, fudgey little bit of heaven. Tonight, I will serve these brownies with a scoop of ice cream, some hot fudge sauce and a couple chocolate dipped strawberries. Sounds like a perfect Valentine's day treat, doesn't?
Easy 4 Ingredient Brownies
1 and 1/4 cup Nutella
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1: Preheat oven to 350* F
2: Grease an 8x8 baking pan liberally (or you can use a standard round cake pan, like I did.)
3: In a bowl, combine Nutella, eggs and flour until smooth.
4: Fold in half (1/4 cup) of the mini chocolate chips.
5: Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a knife.
6: Sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips on the top.
7: Bake in the center of the oven for 15-20 minutes. The brownies will be quite moist when first out of the oven, but will set as they cool.
8: Cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Be sure to store in an airtight container
